When you are completing a 350,000 sqft corporate office, you look for vendors you can trust who will support you throughout the project and make it a defect free success. A&D was one of those partners. It was an absolute pleasure working with A&D as we prepared for and moved our 1,600 employees into this new corporate campus. They were positive, professional, and poised for any scenario we threw at them. Whether it was altering our move schedule just before moving or condensing the work effort into a shorter period of time, A&D was staffed and ready for the challenge.

They began working with our team almost 9 months prior to our move to ensure all necessary steps were taken to make our move a success. From helping departments with purging, to organizing and labeling, they thought of everything and made our employees feel prepared and at ease. They handled the entire RFP process for the relocation effort and were the primary point of contact and liaison with the move company leading up to and during the move. They also handled the liquidation RFP for our old campus and made that process smooth and eventless. They serviced our post-move hotline following each move weekend and helped us to compile a punch list from each move phase. I was completely satisfied with the work they performed and would highly recommend them.

I have had the distinct pleasure of moving several times with A&D, Inc. For a reasonable and well-deserved fee, the logistics were simply taken care of from the first contact. Every small detail was handled efficiently, correctly, and quickly. When the inevitable glitch occurred, recovery was both quick and thorough. A&D makes moving as easy as possible.

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for the professionals at A&D, Inc. We recently moved our corporate headquarters after 15 years in the same location and used A&D to consult with and manage our move. The scope of our move included 150+ employees to 41,600 square feet of office space.

From the first meeting with Amy Mason and Dawn Elkhill, it was apparent that they are very experienced and professional. Their attention to detail made our move take place without a hitch. The logistical organization was impressive – from the labeling of computers, furniture, and crates to the signage they created, and the forethought regarding placement of printers and copiers. Our furniture and equipment was moved quickly and placed exactly where it belonged.

I cannot describe well enough how smoothly and efficiently our move was handled. If the need arises again, I will immediately call A&D, Inc. to coordinate another move.
