Amy K. Mason
Managing Principal, Director of Operations
Amy is the co-founder and principal of A&D Inc and has over thirteen years of experience in the Relocation and Furniture Management industry. She holds degrees in Interior Design and Construction Management from Illinois State University. Before starting A&D Inc, Amy worked as an Interior Designer/Jr. Project Manager at a Design Firm in Chicago.
Upon relocating to Atlanta in 2001, Amy worked with a local large furniture dealer as a Project Manager giving her the knowledge to lead and manage a large variety of projects. She understands the importance that thoroughness and effective communication play in achieving project goals and milestones.
Amy’s diverse background allows her to understand all facets of the entire project and problem solve more quickly. Amy’s projects cover wide degrees of scope, size and complexity.
Dawn M. Elkhill
Managing Principal, Director of Marketing
Dawn has eleven years of construction and facility supervision experience with special emphasis on furniture and relocation. She is co-founder and principal of A&D Inc. Prior to A&D, Dawn held positions as a facility manager, telecommunications manager, and business analyst.
Her past experience has given her the knowledge to understand the end users’ needs and cater to those. Her professional documentation abilities, organizational skills and emphasis on communication effectiveness enable her to ensure that all aspects of the job are handled properly and client expectations are appropriately set and managed.
Dawn’s experience includes a full range of scope, complexity and all manner of related services such as reconfigurations, moves, installation, deliveries, reuse of existing furniture, refurbishing, repairs, inter-markets, etc.
