A&D, Inc. has more than 20 years of collective experience in managing office furniture projects including nearly every facet of coordinating the installation of new furniture, as well as inventorying, refurbishing or disposing of existing units.

Furniture projects are no small undertaking. Our breadth of experience has taught us to manage even the most minor of details to guarantee the success of our clients’ projects. Major stages of Furniture Installation Project:

  • Initial site visit, critical area identification
  • Develop statement of work and installation timeline
  • Certificate of Insurance and reserve date/time with Property Management
  • Electrical/Voice Data Coordination
  • Vendor coordination
  • Assemble installation package and meeting with Installation Team Leader
  • Pre-punch with Installation Crew
  • Punch with Client
  • Issue punch list and track punch items to completion

A&D has the ability to help manage the liquidation your existing furniture to insure that the space you are leaving is broom clean and ready to turn over to the property management.

Some of the items included in the liquidation management include the following:

  • Walk Floor to access liquidation
  • Create and issue liquidation RFP to potential liquidators
  • Walk Potential Liquidators though space
  • Evaluate Proposals for accuracy and present findings
  • Be onsite periodically throughout removal of furniture
  • Walk through final space to insure broom clean
